The Mug Club

The Kutztown Tavern Mug Club is designed to foster fellowship among individuals with a common love for good friends, good food, and good beer!

The Mug Club is open to any person over 21 years of age. The cost to join is $40.00 and memberships run from September to May with a renewal period from August 1st to September 30th.

Once a month, the Tavern hosts an exclusive Mug Club Dinner. The cost is $25 per person and includes a four-course meal prepared by our executive chef, Scott Harvey. Also included are drafts of Golden Avalanche beer, gratuities, and taxes. Each dinner has a theme and features an exclusive taste of any new or seasonal GABCO brew. Guests are more than welcome at the dinners as long as they are over 21 years of age.

Memberships are non-transferable and do not include family members. However, memberships may be willed to eligible persons.

Member Benefits:
• Members receive an engraved glass mug to keep at the Tavern.
• Mugs vary in size from year to year (20-24oz.) but are always charged at the regular 16oz. price
• Members are invited to attend our exclusive monthly Mug Club dinners.
• In addition to the glass mug, members receive a Kutztown Tavern Mug Club shirt and a personalized membership card.
• Admission to Shorty’s Bar is always free when the membership card is presented.
• Members receive our monthly newsletter, The Spigot, which highlights upcoming news and events, the upcoming month’s dinner menu, and includes a coupon for a complimentary mug of any new or seasonal GABCO brew.
